Leaving a puppy in kennels, or even with friends or family while you are away, can be a daunting prospect. I offer a positive alternative where you’re puppy (or even adult dog) stays with me for a residential allowing your puppy to live in a comfortable home environment while learning important life skills and receiving all the enrichment of being trained.
Most of the dogs I work with come to me after a behavioural issue has already developed and requires significant intervention. While these issues can often be resolved, there is no substitute for getting things right from the start. Investing in training during the early stages of your puppy’s life gives them the best possible foundation and can help prevent many common behavioural problems from developing in the first place.

The perfect alternative to a boarding kennel and an excellent way to give your dog the best possible start in life. Your dog will stay with me at my country home and receive structured daily training tailored to their age, ability and your goals. We will work on core skills such as recall, lead walking, toilet training, good manners, confidence, social skills and basic commands including sit, stay, come, down and leave it. The programme can be as bespoke as you like, with extra focus placed on any areas that are important to you. Available from one week onwards, the Proactive Puppy Plan is designed to build strong foundations for a hassle-free future while providing your dog with a fun, enriching stay. At the end of the programme, I will return your dog and show you everything they have learned so you can continue their progress at home.
